Day 58 - TransAm Express East Bound - August 8th

Lexington, MO to Boonville, MO

It was a pretty nice day from a weather perspective, and a route that was undulated with a descending trend. The downhills certainly helped to increase my average speed.

I spent most of the time on back roads, passing smaller farms and homesteads, and villages. My planned destination had been Marshalltown, but as there was no accommodation available I pushed through to Boonville.
